I'm just curious if anyone else went to see this movie. I went after I found out one of the two rescuers who were the main characters in the movie lives right here in Columbus. I thought the movie was well done.

Anyone else?

I just saw it. I can't find the right words to say how I felt about the movie. I'm certainly glad I saw it, but "enjoyed" seems so inappropriate. There were parts of the movie where I wanted to cry, but all I could do was tear up. As I write this, I was impressed by the humanity the writers/producers gave to all the characters. If I were asked if I would recommend that people see it, I would respond "Yes."

I had the same feelings, Lou. I would recommend it, and I felt it was well done. I'm sure no one going to see it would expect to "enjoy" it, but I think in spite of the terrible subject of terrorism, this movie did do a good job of showing how people can be good to each other as well as bad to each other.

I was wondering about what people thought of them. It seems strange to me that there has to be a movie made about anything that happens in history. Don't get me wrong, it is good to remember these things, because those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. But I'm sure this movie only re-opened old wounds for the actual participants.

I doubt if many people who were actually in the WTC went to see it, although maybe some did. It was hard to watch, but like I said before, I felt it was well done.
